I love how he doesn’t say anything here. He just holds her tighter because that’s the only thing she really needs. He didn’t say anything like how it would all OK or that her dad doesn’t hate her. He knows that that’s not what she needs nor what she wants. He’s right there holding her while she completely breaks down. She can be her true self with him and only him. She didn’t break down in front of her mom or her friends (who were too busy with their own problems to care that she’s been missing for like 2 days) but she broke down in front of him, because she can and she knows that he’ll be right there holding her together <3
